Recently, a blind item published by The Opinionated Indian, a significant dispute appears to be gradually unraveling in the Bollywood circle, as two leading actors and a veteran director are at loggerheads regarding the premiere of a highly budgeted movie, which is also upcoming. This very project, which started off as a great partnership, has now turned into a backstage rivalry among the powerful, with artistry discrepancies and the clash of personalities taking a toll on the movie's easy release.

This A-list superstar starred in a hit movie that was released this year. It was his first hit in several years. He has been very choosy about his scripts. Apart from acting, he has also produced a period epic, based on a famous novel. The film stars another A-list actor & is directed by an accomplished filmmaker. The filmmaker has worked with another A-list superstar in several movies a few decades back. Fans are eagerly awaiting the release of the movie, as the filmmaker-superstar has made some iconic movies in the past. They had a fallout & did not work together for the longest time. But instead of cashing in on the hype, the A-list superstar producer is delaying its release. As per a source, the filmmaker has been frustrated with the movie's release getting delayed time & again. The hero & the filmmaker have vowed to never work with this producer again. The A-list producer wants the filmmaker to change the film's title, but the director feels the movie's essence will be lost if the title is changed. The producer wants no mention of the city of an enemy country in the movie title. But the filmmaker is right when he insists on the city's name being part of the movie's title, asit is literally a character in the movie.

The actor-producer and the veteran filmmaker had really bad blood between them, which is a very old story indeed. Support for and against each other were split when both wanted to make a film about a famous freedom fighter's life, and this, along with their huge egos being in the way, led eventually to the complete breakdown of their relationship, and they didn't work together again for almost twenty years after that. 

It was, however, an ironic twist of fate that led them to each other again many years later when they finally decided to put aside their grievances and co-produce some projects which would then spark off the hope of a real partnership.Nevertheless, their different natures—one being an extreme perfectionist and the other fiercely possessing his right to liberty—have kept on creating sparks. 

The dynamic of the movie has one more layer to it, and that is the lead actor, who has also had a long and complicated history with the filmmaker. The duo, while remaining silent for a long period of time because of their professional disagreements, had also made great hits in the past. Now that the three of them are together on the same project, theinsiders say that the old wounds could be opening again, which would remind everyone that in Bollywood, relationships rarely stay smooth for a long time.

In the midst of the professional tempers that are flaring, personal lives are getting the attention of the press as well.
