Since the movie is linked to the male superstar's production house, the filmmakers came onboard with his decision. Our sources believe that the male superstar's experience with their last outing together, a hit romcom, is a major reason why he did not okay her casting. The male superstar feels that the actress was given the spotlight & his performance did not get equal attention. Another star kid actress was also keen to star in the project, which is currently red hot post the blockbuster success of the male superstar's last movie. But eventually, the makers chose to cast a South Indian movie star for the role. The South Indian actress recently starred in a hit film from the same genre that this project belongs to & understands the movie's plot well.
