Trisha Krishnan is an Indian actress and model who remains the most prominent actress in Tamil and Telugu films. She is also referred to as the Queen of the South Indian cinema industry by her supporters across India. Trisha stepped into the limelight after clinching the ‘Miss Chennai Beauty Contest’ in 1999. Apart from acting and modeling, she has been affiliated with the PETA Organization as their representative.

Trisha launched her movie career as a supporting character in the film ‘Jodi’ (1999) and debuted in the lead role in the movie ‘Mounam Pesiyadhe‘ (2002). Childhood

Trisha was born on May 4, 1983, and raised in Chennai. She hails from a Brahmin family, and her father works as a general manager in a hotel. She spent most of her youth in Chennai. Trisha completed her education at Sacred Heart Church Park School, where she participated in various cultural activities and sports. For higher education, she pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) course from Ethiraj College.

Relationship

After Trisha's breakup with Rana Daggubati (Tollywood actor), she entered into a relationship with producer Varun Manian, but it also didn’t last as the pair ended their engagement in 2015. Currently, Trisha is still single but continues to entertain her fans with blockbuster films.
