Film Career
 

Anikha started her film career at a very young age, starting with a debut as a child artist in the Malayalam film Kadha Thudarunnu (2010). However, she had a very brief role in Chotta Mumbai (2007), prior to Kadha Thudarunnu Anikha had her Tamil debut later in Yennai Arindhaal (2015), which featured Ajith Kumar.
