Anumol got a break in television through her brother-in-law's friend Shankar Lal, a dubbing artist. She came into prominence via the TV game show Star Magic (Tamaar Padaar – Season 2), which she anchored between 2019 and 2022. She was on another such game show hosted by that channel, Star Comedy Magic, since 2022. Anumol has played some very memorable characters in some Malayalam serials, like Seetha Chandra in Sathya Enna Penkutty (2019) and Avanthika in Padatha Painkili (2023). Besides acting, sewing and stitching clothes is one of her favorite pursuits.
