Harika Narayan, a versatile playback singer in the Indian Film Industry, was born on 8th October 1995 in Razole, East Godavari, Andhra Pradesh, India, to the proud parents Mr. K. V. Lakshmi Narayana and Mrs. K. V. Nagalakshmi.

Raised in an environment filled with musical influences, Harika developed a profound love for music at an early age. Her younger brother, Yashwanth, is following in her footsteps, pursuing a career as a Chartered Accountant while nurturing his passion for Western classical guitar.

Harika's educational journey reflects her father's military service, attending various schools due to frequent relocations. Her schooling culminated at Dilsukhnagar Public School in Hyderabad, after which she pursued her intermediate education at Sri Chaitanya Junior College. Eventually, she graduated with honors in Mechanical Engineering from Anurag University.

Musical Odyssey:

Harika's musical journey commenced under the tutelage of her mother, K. V. Naga Lakshmi, in the second standard. After relocating to Hyderabad, she continued her training under her aunt BVNL. Padmavati. A decade-long association with Sri D. V. Mohana Krishna followed, during which she earned certificates and a diploma in music.

Throughout her college days, Harika maintained her dedication to music, earning a Diploma in Carnatic Vocal classical alongside her B. Tech studies. She furthered her musical education by pursuing a PG in Carnatic Vocal, M.A (Master Of Arts) in Music from Padmavati University, Tirupathi, India.

The Musical Milestones:

During her B. Tech years, Harika's talent shone as she secured a place as a chorus singer in Swarabhishekam. Subsequently, she auditioned for Paadutha Theeyaga, marking the beginning of her professional journey. Though unable to participate due to prior commitments, this setback did not hinder her progress.

Harika made her singing debut with the song "Friday night baby" from the movie 'Suryakantham.' Her enchanting voice graced numerous Telugu films, including notable titles like 'Miss India' (Theme of Miss India), 'Agent Sai Srinivasa Athreya' (Title song), 'Sarkaru Vaari Paata' and 'Black Rose' (Naa Tappu Emunnadabbaa Song), 'Acharya' (Laahe Laahe song).
