He made his first film appearance as a boy in the crowd in the 2019 Malayalam-language action thriller film Madhura Raja, a spin-off to the 2010 film Pokkiri Raja. However, Naslen’s role went uncredited. Later in 2019, he was cast as Melvin in the Malayalam-language coming-of-age comedy-drama film Thanneer Mathan Dinangal (English: Watermelon Days). This marked his first credited film appearance. In 2021, Naslen K. Gafoor was cast as Rasool in the Malayalam language survival political thriller film Kuruthi. He brought to life the character of Umesh, Keshu’s son, in the 2021 comedy-drama film Keshu Ee Veedinte Nadhan. Regarding his performance in the film, Anna Mathews of Times Of India wrote: “The young actor Naslen, as usual, even in a small role, he manages to stand out and be goofily loveable.” Alongside Anaswara Rajan, Arjun Ashokan, and Mamitha Baiju, he co-starred as Sangeeth in the 2022 Malayalam-language coming-of-age comedy film Super Sharanya.
