She continued to illuminate the silver screen with blockbusters like Raja Rani (2013), Vaayai Moodi Pesavum (2014), Ohm Shanthi Oshaana (2014), and Bangalore Days (2014). The latter two earned her consecutive Kerala State Film Awards for Best Actress, cementing her place. In 2014—after credit-winning performances—she wed brother-in-arts Fahadh Faasil and took sabbatical.

Nazriya made a victorious return to the silver screen in 2018 with Koode, an act for which she received a nomination for the Filmfare Best Actress (Malayalam) award. She expanded the boundaries even more with Trance (2020), Maniyarayile Ashokan (2020), Ante Sundaraniki (2022), and most successful film to date, Sookshmadarshini (2024), for which she won the Kerala Film Critics Award in 2025 as well.

Romance & Marriage

Nazriya met actor Fahadh Faasil on the sets of Bangalore Days in 2014. Their on-screen chemistry soon translated into real life; they got engaged in February and wedded on 21 August 2014. Both of them have since turned into one of Malayalam cinema's most popular couples. The couple now doesn't have any children and is renowned for leading a low‑profile marital life.

Producer, Singer & Humanitarian

In addition to acting, Nazriya also produces under her own banner Fahadh Faasil and Friends, some of whose credits include Kumbalangi Nights (2019), which captured the Kerala State Award for Best Film with Popular Appeal, a testament to her producing abilities . She has also lent voice to songs like La La Lasa (2014), and has been donating to charity causes—recently for Wayanad landslide relief work along with Fahadh Faasil  .

Overcoming Personal Challenges

Despite her glamorous public image, Nazriya recently opened up about suffering from emotional well-being issues. Earlier this April 2025, she shared on Instagram that she had "shut down completely" from a long period of low mental well-being, which made her miss significant milestones such as reaching 30 and going to industry awards. She took a step back to recover and took some quiet time and has now returned stronger, reveling in her wins and reconnecting with the public.
