Surbhi was born on 5 June 1993 in Delhi, India. She finished her schooling at Don Bosco School, New Delhi and then went to the College of Art, New Delhi to complete a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.). Surbhi is from a Hindu Brahmin family.
