As per a source, a star kid is completely dejected at the abject failure of his two movies, which were rejected by the audience upon their release on OTT platforms. He has not been getting any work after the failure of the two movies. While movies can't be classified as a hit or flop if they are released directly on OTT, the negative reviews of the movies have sounded the death knell to the star kid's acting career. Both his parents, his sister & even his step-mom are actors. While his mother, father & his step-mom are accomplished actors, his sister & he haven't been able to earn the respect of the movie-going audiences. While his sister has managed to survive in the industry for several years, it will be more difficult for him, as movies are generally male-centric. The audience is not ready to accept him as a solo lead. A nightclub has shadow-banned him over his behaviour. He is not in a good space mentally owing to his career-related issues.

The young actor, despite being part of the most revered film families in Bollywood, has not been able to win over the public as easily as his family members used to.
