But he wasn't happy with the casting for the movie. As per a source, the young heartthrob wanted another actress to be his heroine. He felt that it would have been a fresh casting & would have generated more curiosity among the audiences. The other actress comes from a political family but has no connections in Bollywood. He was impressed with the other actress's performance in a horror movie, which turned out to be a sleeper hit. But the studio boss felt otherwise. The star kid actress is managed by the studio's agency, while the other actress has not signed up with the studio's agency - this was a major factor. The studio filmmaker's inclination towards star kids also might have played a role. The young heartthrob kept persuading the studio boss till the last date, but the studio boss was in no mood to listen. All the rumors of the young heartthrob's closeness to his heroine are fake.
