Drishyam 2 Starring Ajay Devgn Crossed The Rs 100-crore Mark, Director Abhishek Pathak Said: 'Part 3 will happen'
Drishyam 2, starring popular Bollywood actors Ajay Devgn and Tabu, has surpassed the Rs 100-crore mark at the box office.
Abhishek Pathak, the director, has something to say about it.

Ajay Devgn had a fantastic 2022. From receiving a national award for Best Actor for his 2020 film Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior to Drishyam 2 entering the Rs 100-crore club, it has been a joyous ride for him, albeit fraught with difficulties. To summarise the year, Ajay Devgn appeared in six Bollywood films, the most recent of which is Drishyam 2, which is currently in theatres.
With Drishyam 2 joining the Rs 100-crore club, it’s clear that director Abhishek Pathak couldn’t contain his joy.

Pathak expressed his thoughts on whether Drishyam 3 and Drishyam 4 are ready at the moment in an interview on Thursday, saying, “People are excited, so they are going to make theories on parts 3 and 4.” But we’re about to finish our first week. Part 3 is undoubtedly popular, and it will be released, but for the time being, we are content to have surpassed the $100 million mark. We’ll think about what we’re going to do in the next part once we have some time off, but for now, we’re just enjoying every bit of feedback.”
When asked about his next project, Abhishek told, "I already have a few scripts in place. I'm contemplating my next steps. I need to put my mind to it because after delivering this one, I want to take a story that people love and accept the way this one was received." As a result, the director will now devote more time to deciding on his next project."
