Jacqueline Fernandez and Vidyut Jammwal Announces Their Upcoming Sports Film ‘Crakk’
Jacqueline Fernandez, Arjun Rampal alongwith Vidyut Jammwal shared in their social media their upcoming sports film ‘Crakk’.

Vidyut Jammwal, Jacqueline Fernandez along with Arjun Rampal are ready with their new sports action film `Crakk`. In Instagram, Jacqueline shared some pictures and announced her new upcoming movie. In the first picture, Jacqueline can be seen posing with a clapboard with the film title. In the second image, Vidyut can be seen sitting in an animal cage with the clapboard. In the third photo, Arjun give a pose while making a handgun gesture. And the last picture shows the director of the film. As she shares the picture, she wrote, " Super excited for this Crakk-ing journey!”
As interesting as it sounds, `Crakk` will be first-ever Indian sports action as the actors will be seen performing some extreme sports stunts and action sequences all on their own. The film is about the journey of a man who came from the slums of Mumbai to the world of underground sports.
As Vidyut says about the film he said, "Looking at the current generation and the way the perspective of the audiences changed a lot. This changing scenario has showed that there is no limits but only plateaus and we must should just stay there. We should go past them. Hence we are making this film on extreme sports from India."
Director Aditya Datt said, "After the successful ‘Table No 21’ in 2012, I was told that the film was way ahead of its time, as the thriller revolved around live-streamed games. I has been working in the script of `Crakk` from the last 4 years, to make this story full of sports, gaming, action, drama and thrill."
Arjun Rampal said, “I am in Crakk so that I can offer you all the above and a lot more. Vidyut is a phenomenal athlete and I learn new something new everyday from him. His dedication and his ability to perfect action sequences is truly admirable."
Jacqueline Fernandez said, "I was really impressed by the script of `Crakk` and thus immediately decided to be a part of this. I`m really excited to working with Vidyut and the rest of the team."
Aditya Chowksey who is the Distribution Head of Reliance Entertainment, said, "We all are really excited about India`s first-ever extreme sports action film, `Crakk`. And with Vidyut, who is an action icon, we are really positive that Indian audience are all set for a thrilling ride!"
Producer Parag Sanghvi said, "The journey of offering a story, that too with my close friends is really fulfilling"
Apart from Aditya, the film is written by Sarim Momim, Rehan Khan and screenplay – dialogue is by Mohendar Pratap Singh. The movie has scheduled to release in 2023.
