Saqib Saleem Joins the Cast of Varun Dhawan Starrer Citadel India

Varun Dhawan is one of the most energetic and versatile actors in Bollywood. He never fails to amaze fans with his spectacular acting skills. His recently released movie 'Jugugg Jeeyo ' stars legendary actors Anil Kapoor, Neetu Kapoor, and the gorgeous Kiara Advani got much love and appreciation from the audience.
Now Varun is all set to make his OTT debut with the Russo Brothers created Cital India. The upcoming series will be directed by two versatile directors, Raj and DK. They have also directed the most popular series "The Family Man".
Now, Saqib Saleem has also joined this project according to a report given by PinkVilla. He has come on board recently and has been playing a very important role in the series.
Saqib debuted in Bollywood with the movie Mere Dad Ki Maruti in 2013. Saqib has also started doing Preparation for his role. It further states that Raj and DK will be starting the shooting in November. Now, they are working on finalizing the final cast and crew of Citadel. Samantha Prabhu is playing the female lead in the movie.
There has been a continuous buzz on the internet that Citadel is the remake of the American Original, starring Priyanka Chopra and Richard Madden.
Varun and Saqib have worked together in the movie Dishoom. So, this is not the first time they collaborated. Dishoom was an action-packed movie in which Varun Dhawan played the role of Cop along with John Abraham. While Saqib played the role of a cricketer. Actress Jacqueline Fernandez was the female lead in the movie. .
Varun Dhawan 's upcoming movie Bhediya along with actress Kriti Sanon is going to be released in the month of November, 2022. The film is the third Installment of Dinesh Vijan's horror-comedy-universe.
