Dasvi is among the most loved films of Abhishek Bachchan. Now, Bollywood is making more and more sequels of the movies which are appreciated by the audiences. In this rainy sequel era, the makers of Dasvi are now following up on the second installment of the film. The film is tentatively titled Barwi. Director  Tushar Jalota and producer Dinesh Vijan are now working on the second installment. The first part stars Abhishek Bachchan, Nimrat Kaur, and Yami Gautam in Key roles. According to a source close to the development of the film, the makers of the film believe that it deserves a sequel and they want to take the storyline of the film forward. He further added that director Tushar has started working on the script of the film, and he is having a very unique and interesting idea for the second installment of the film. The idea was also liked by producer Dinesh Vijan. The movie will go on floors this year.

In an interaction with Pinkvilla, actor Abhishek Bachchan reveals that he had given an ode to his father Amitabh Bachchan in one of the scenes of the film. In the scene, he imitated the body language of his father from his movie Khuda Gawah. He further added that in his work, he is having his way of paying homage to the things he loves. And he did something in the film. The film got a lot of love and appreciation from the audience. Fans are amazed by the fantastic performance of the stars. Abhishek Bachchan was last seen in the third installment of the popular web series Breath: Into The Shadows along with Amit Sadh. The series got a lot of appreciation from the audiences. He will be next seen in R.balki’s next project Ghoomar and in Remo D’souza’s upcoming project Dancing Dad.
