Plot Captain Virat Bakshi, part of the Indian Army’s secretive DIA unit, returns to Mumbai for a vacation. His parents urge him to meet Saiba Thapar, a potential match for him, but he dismisses her, believing she is too traditional. However, he soon discovers Saiba is an accomplished boxer and falls for her after watching her in a match.

While traveling with his friend, Sub-Inspector Mukund "Makhiya" Deshmukh, Virat witnesses a bomb explosion that kills innocent people. He captures the bomber, Ajmal Lateef, but the man escapes with the help of a corrupt police officer. Virat recaptures Ajmal and discovers a plot involving a series of attacks planned by a terrorist group with twelve sleeper agents, including Ajmal.

Virat learns that the attacks are scheduled on the day of his teammate Joel’s wedding, where many of his fellow officers will be present. He and his team work to track down and eliminate the terrorists before they can execute their plan.

The leader of the sleeper cells, whose brother Afsar Ali was also one of the agents, retaliates by killing Joel’s family and kidnapping relatives of the officers. Virat substitutes his younger sister Preeti for one of the kidnapped girls to infiltrate the terrorists’ hideout. With the help of his dog Rocky and his sister Pinky's dupatta, he rescues the hostages and kills the terrorists, including Asif Ali, the second-in-command.

When the sleeper cells' leader targets him directly, Virat sacrifices himself to set off a bomb at the terrorists' base, with Mukund and Joel following him via a tracking device. As he realizes the cars he drove were rigged with bombs, he fights the terrorist leader, dislocates his shoulder, but manages to escape. He then defeats the leader on a boat before the transport explodes. The film concludes with Virat forcing Alvin D'Souza, the Joint Defense Secretary and a member of the terrorist group, to commit suicide before returning to duty with his team.
