Fans are super-excited to watch them together in the thriller-crime series. Yesterday, Samantha celebrated her 36th birthday in Madhya Pradesh where she has been shooting for her Citadel. Her co-star Varun wished her in a very special way by writing a very special note for her.Varun took to his Instagram handle and shared an adorable picture of him and Samantha from the sets of Citadel. The picture features Varun feeding the cake to the birthday girl Samantha and they both are surrounded by other team members of the film. A few days ago the actor celebrated his 36th birthday and Samantha shared a video of him from the sets of the series. The video features Varun trying to recite dialogue from Samantha's film Shakuntalam, and directors Raj and DK also help him. She also captioned the video with a sweet note. On the work front, Varun Dhawan was last seen in Dinesh Vijan’s Bhediya along with Kriti Sanon. Apart from Citadel, he will be next seen in Bawaal along with Janhvi Kapoor. Directed by Nitesh Tiwari, the film is slated to be released in October 2023. After that, he is also having Bhediya 2 helmed by Amar Kaushik and produced by Dinesh Vijan. The film is slated to be released in 2025.
