Released on May 12, 2022, Sarkaru Vaari Paata is an action-comedy-drama Telugu language film that is written and directed by Parasuram, with superstar Mahesh Babu and leading lady Keerthy Suresh, and Samuthirakani. Mythri Movie Makers, 14 Reels Plus, and G. Mahesh Babu Entertainment made this film, which was rumoured to be pretty big since the rumors of its making had been around for a long time. Mahesh Babu and its mass-appeal storyline caused much buzz before the movie's release.

Sarkaru Vaari Paata has been made on an alleged budget of ₹60 crores. The film saw its worldwide theatrical rights being sold for a spectacular ₹120 crores thus raising the mercury to great expectations from box office collections. The movie had opened at approximately 2,500 screens in 80 countries across the globe. It is one of the biggest releases of the year in the Telugu film industry.
