On Instagram Stories, she recently posted an unguarded picture of herself sobbing. The actor has recently disclosed that there were days when she didn't want to get out of bed. Additionally, Mrunal disclosed that she frequently faces body shaming and promised to alter beauty standards. Mrunal discussed the tendency for people to act as though everything is flawless on the internet in an interview. "There were times when I didn't want to get out of bed or wake up, but I did. For myself, not for anyone else. One day, two days, three days, weeks, months—I may be depressed, and no one will notice except your family. Therefore, I think it's crucial to constantly remind ourselves that even on our terrible days, wonderful days will still come. That served as confirmation that there are days when feeling unwell is perfectly natural, the speaker explained.
Mrunal saw that many users on social media appear to be on vacation, posting just the finest photos, but she questioned whether this was only to demonstrate that they were having a really good time. She acknowledged that she usually ends up coated in dirt and sand whether dining or at the beach, making her appearance less than ideal.

The actor talked about relationships and striking the correct balance as well.
