AP Dhillon Tells Why He Does Not Prefer to Enter Bollywood

AP Dhillon, the Punjabi singer who has lent his vocals to superhit numbers like Excuses and Brown Munde, has emerged quite strikingly, perhaps among the best, within the music industry today. Some are quite successful in venturing into Bollywood, such as Diljit Dosanjh and Karan Aujla; others, however, like AP Dhillon, stay away from the silver screens.

None of AP's songs, though they may increase in popularity, has made it to the movies of Bollywood. He prefers independent albums as part of his creations. The indie artist recently explained his opinion on Ranveer Allahbadia's podcast: "I'm presently away from films because I really don't want to sell my music; let others do what they want-they need to, in that way, but I want to set an example for upcoming artists."

With independence, he could become a role model to young artists who could change this industry for themselves.
