600 gms thin sliced pork

1 sliced onion

9-10 Dry Whole Red Chillies

1 tsp Ginger Paste

1 White Radish, cut into thick slices

1 tsp Red Chilli Powder

1 tsp Oil

Salt to taste

Method

1. In a pressure cooker, heat the oil. Stir in the sliced onions for 2-3 minutes, or until softened. Fry for another 2 minutes after adding the ginger paste and entire red chilies.

2. Combine the radish, onions, and ginger in a mixing bowl. Cook for 2-3 minutes after adding the pork slices and red chilli powder. Cover the pressure cooker with 1 cup of water and simmer for 10-15 minutes.

3. Remove the pressure cooker from the heat, open the cover, and simmer for 10 minutes, or until some of the water evaporates.

4. Serve immediately with rice.
