Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Cup Milk

  • 2-3 Tsp Chilli Powder

  • 1/2 Tsp Sugar

  • Salt To Taste

  • 2 Tsp Ginger Powder

  • 2 Tsp Garlic Powder

  • 1-2 Tbsp Vinegar

  • 1/2 Tsp Cardamom Powder

  • 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
    Method:

  1. Combine all of the spices in a bowl: chilli powder, garlic powder, ginger powder, cumin powder, cardamom powder, and garam masala powder.

  2. Blend some milk, oil, and vinegar in a blender.

  3. After that, add the salt and sugar.

  4. If necessary, add more milk.

  5. Mix everything together.

  6. Blend in the spice powder once more.

  7. Place the sauce in a bowl.

  8. Examine the flavour.

  9. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
