However, in this day and age of multiple priorities, pollution, bad quality of water, nutritional deficiencies, hormonal imbalances, managing home, and career make us lose our youthfulness. We don’t have much time for our appearance, leave alone maintain it. This leads to deterioration in the quality of our appearance, hair thinning is one of them. This hair problem mainly afflicts women more than men owing to the different hormonal changes their bodies go through. Increased stress levels to pregnancy hormones can impact the growth of your hair and lead to hair fall and severe hair thinning.

1. Green Tea Rinse
I drink tea, as part of my weight loss program, but now I’ve learned it can be used as an excellent hair regrowth home treatment as well. It’s packed with antioxidants to fight off damaging free radicals and keeps your mane nourished. It stimulates new hair growth and is the most sought after picks for healthy growth. The procedure is simple, dip 3 tea bags in hot water and let it stay until the water cools down. Pour the concoction over your scalp and hair, while gently massaging all the while. In another bowl, blend an overripe avocado with an egg yolk and massage the mixture to wet hair and scalp gently for 5 minutes. Rinse your hair thoroughly with water and shampoo that’s suitable for your hair type. Treat your hair like a science lab experiment and watch the results! You’ll be amazed.
4. Coconut Hair Spa
Did you know that the word 'spa' is an abbreviation of the Latin phrase 'Salus Per Aquae' which translates to 'health through water' in English? Belgium has a small town called 'Spa' which was once known for its medicinal baths. Even in England, you would find towns popular for their springs and medicinal baths, one of them is actually known as the town of 'Bath'.
Now coming to the main ingredient in this spa treatment, coconut cream has coconut oil that’s’ rich in fatty oils and vitamins B1, B3, B5, B6, C and E. It’s packed with minerals such as calcium, iron, selenium, magnesium, and phosphorus, which stops hair damage and damage from UV rays.
In this recipe, first, keep half a cup of coconut cream aside and steam your hair for 10 minutes. Next use a hair steamer, else you can place a lidded pot of hot water on the table, bend over the pot and cover both your hair and the pot with a towel. Remove the lid and let the steam settle in your hair for 10 minutes. After this apply the coconut cream to your hair for 1 hour.

Start by washing, crushing, and grinding 8 to 9 hibiscus flowers and leaves. Next heat 1 cup of coconut oil and add the hibiscus paste to it, and let it cool. Ensure the oil is no longer scalding hot and massage it into your scalp, using circular movements. Let it stay in your hair overnight and rinse the next day with a shampoo that’s suitable for your hair type. Your hair is your crowning glory, don’t ignore it, it will stay with you all your life!
6. Lavender and Flaxseed Oil

7. Egg Hair Mask
Now we all love our omelet and boiled eggs for breakfast every morning! But did you know eggs can prevent your hair from thinning? Rich in sulfur, phosphorous, and protein, eggs are an excellent and economical hair fall treatment. They are loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin B12, iron, and zinc and omega-6 fatty acids. Blend one egg white with a teaspoon of olive oil and honey.
Stir the mixture till you get a smooth mixture. Gently work the concoction through your hair from root to tips. Rinse after 30 minutes and pat dry. Frequent protein treatments are crucial for thick and healthy hair. Make sure you don't use warm water to wash your hair. This home remedy is used to accelerate hair growth and volume.
A new-age oil, it’s rich in vitamins A, C and E. It is also loaded with antioxidants, omega-6 fatty acids, and linoleic acid, and boosts cell production in hair.
Just massage a few drops of the oil into your scalp in circular motions, working your way up from the front hairline. Then work your way back across your head and on each side and back. Let is stay overnight and rinse the next morning.
