Home workouts are a great substitute for your gym sessions. There are several different types of home exercises and workouts:
· Using your bodyweight alone.
· Using basic equipment like dumbbells, resistance tubes and bands.
· Using everyday household items such as water bottles backpacks, buckets and even brooms.
It is good to start with basic bodyweight exercises and gradually progressing and increasing the intensity. This way the difficulty level is increased slowly which helps us break a sweat and strengthen our muscles while also avoiding injuries.
