Team composition and play time:
The most popular team sports include slow balls, consisting of 12 players on each side. There are seven players on the field and five more reserve players.

The game is played in the top three sets, each earning up to 25 points up to the rally.

Gameplay Rules:
The player must catch the ball with both hands and throw it back with one hand.
Additional charges must come from above or above the shoulders.
The service ball must not touch the network during the game. Players cannot use the double mixer to obtain serves.
Additional charges must be performed within 5 seconds after the whis of the referee, without crossing the final line, and from the service stone.
If the ball ends in the box line or dead zone, it is considered a foul.
Players must reveal the ball within 3 seconds of recording during the meeting.
At the time of service, players must maintain a 2-3-2 position in the square. Switching the ball from one hand to the other is prohibited, leading to punishment.
The player cannot jump while offering the ball.

The standard size for the court is 12.2 m x 18.3 m with 1 m neutral zones on each side of the network. The network is connected to Poland at a height of 2.2 m.

Special measurements for different categories of dishes are:
Sub Junior: 15.30 m x 9.20 m
Juniors and Seniors: 18.30 m x 12.20 m. Additional gameplay rules:

Players must wear the correct uniforms, including shorts and jerseys with numbers (1-12) printed on the front and back.
Two players cannot catch the ball at the same time. This leads to a loss of points.
At the rally, the ball must be caught neatly without noise or movement (dub), and the player maintains contact with the floor.
The player can jump when throwing the ball, and the ball can touch the network (without an antenna).
The ball should only touch the palm of your hand and not contact other parts of your body (body touch). The ball cannot be moved or pushed.

General rules of profit:

The first team with 25 points won the sentence.
The match is determined in three best formats where a team must win two sentences to win.
