Changing the industry's most famous nepo-controlled director is finally reconceiving his approach after suffering from critiques and multiple unsuccessful films for years. As per a source, the filmmaker will be working with two outsiders on multiple projects in the near future. One outsider is a young heartthrob who is a bankable star & has spent more than a decade in the industry. Several attempts at working together in the past did not materialize. He was even banned from the studio. But now the young heartthrob might be roped in for not one but three projects bankrolled by the studio. The other outsider is a relative newbie, who gained fame recently after starring in a web series directed by a star kid. The filmmaker sees a lot of potential in him & is grooming him. He is convinced that investing in this newbie will give huge returns in the future.

According to people in the know, the sudden turnaround of the studio head has been prompted by the allegations of lineage over talent that have been whispered about him for years. People are very surprised that the director has decided to partner up with a veteran, extremely energetic leading man, the very one who used to be labeled “too loud” and “too unpredictable” for his sophisticated brand. There have been several occasions when the two were almost able to work together, but misunderstandings and internal politics put an end to each of these attempts. In fact, the actor was once unofficially banned from the studio due to a dispute with the management, but he has now become lucky, and the director has decided to take a chance on him. Not only is he planning to bring the actor back to play, but he is also said to be offering him a multi-film contract — a move that reflects both the need and the strategy of rebranding.
