Best Ways To Use Red wine For Skin Whitening

Red wine is made from black grapes and is rich in antioxidants. Naturally, red wine can also be a skin whitening agent. Red wine gives fair, glowing, and younger skin. It is rich in antioxidants that heals and repairs skin cells. Red wine removes toxins from the skin making the skin supple and hydrated. 

 

The benefits of using red white for skincare:-

 

(1). Red wine for skin whitening-  

 
  • Honey and red wine for skin whitening- Red wine works well for skin whitening. Red wine combined with honey moisturizes the skin. Just mix red wine with egg white, honey, and one tsp of sugar cane juice. Make a thick paste and apply it on the face and neck and gently massage for 5-10 minutes. Leave it to dry for 10-15 minutes and wash with cold water.

  • Yogurt, green tea, and red wine face pack- Yogurt and green tea are very beneficial for your skin. Red wine gives fairness. Green tea is full of antioxidants and Yogurt hydrates the face. Take half a cup of hot water and add it to a green tea bag. Brew for 4-5 minutes and add 1 tbsp of fresh yogurt and 2 tbsp of red wine. Make a thick paste, apply it to your face and gently massage it. Leave it for 10-15 minutes and wash with warm water. 

  • Red wine, olive oil & cocoa powder face pack- Cocoa powder is a very good ingredient for skincare. The combination of red wine and cocoa powder can work wonders for skin whitening. Adding olive oil can further enhance it. Combine 2 tbsp of red wine, 1 tbsp cocoa powder with 2-3 drops of olive oil. Apply on the face and gently massage for 5-10 minutes. Leave for 10 minutes and wash away with lukewarm water. 

 

(2). Red wine for anti-aging- Apart from giving face glow, red wine helps to delay the signs of aging like fine lines and wrinkles. It has a high amount of antioxidants that get rid of free radicals and improve blood circulation making the skin look younger and nice. 

 
  • Red wine & cucumber face mask- Cucumber has natural cooling properties and it is an astringent. So, it removes impurities and dirt from the skin making it clear and fresh. Blend pulp of half cucumber in 1 tbsp of wine and 1 tbsp of wheat flour. Make a thick paste and apply it to your face. Give a 5-10 minutes massage and leave for 10 minutes. Wash with warm water for fresh and young-looking skin. 

  • Honey, Aloe vera, and red wine mask- Honey hydrates the skin and is known for its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. It also reduces the sign of aging. Blend 1 tbsp of honey, 1 tbsp oats powder, 1 tsp of aloe vera gel, and 2 tbsp red wine. Apply it on your face, let it dry for 5-10 minutes, and wash it with cold water. 

  • Red clay and red wine face pack- Red clay has iron oxide that absorbs dirt, tightens skin, and fights the signs of aging. A blend of honey, turmeric, and red clay can prevent signs of aging. Blend 1 tbsp clay powder, 1 tbsp honey, 2 tbsp red wine, and a pinch of turmeric into a thick paste. Apply it on your face and gently massage for 5-10 minutes.  Let it dry and wash off with cold water.

(3). Red wine for instant glow- For acne-prone skin, red wine is very effective. It naturally cleanses the skin and gives an instant glow.

 
  • Tomato and red wine mask- Tomato has natural purifying and skin-lightening properties. Combine the juice of 1 ripe tomato, 2tbsp red wine, 1 tbsp wheat flour, and 1 tsp rose water. Apply on the face and massage for 5 minutes then let it dry and wash with lukewarm water. 

  • Rice flour and red wine mask- Rice has skin whitening and skin brightening properties. When combined with red wine, it effectively cleanses the skin. Combine 2 tbsp red wine, 1 tsp rice flour, and 2-3 drops of olive oil. Gently massage your face and let it dry for 10-15 minutes before washing with cold water.

  • Papaya, sandalwood, and red wine face pack-  Papaya gives an instant glow to the skin. It goes deep into the skin cells, deeply exfoliates the skin pores removing dead cells, and lightens the skin's appearance. Combine 1 tbsp mashed papaya with 2 tbsp red wine. Add 1 tsp of sandalwood powder. Apply and leave it to dry for 10-15 minutes before washing it off with cold water. 

(4). Red wine for Acne- Red wine has anti-inflammatory properties and it's rich in antioxidants.  As a result, it makes skin youthful, glowing, and fresh. 

 
  • Honey, wine, and yogurt face mask- This mask is highly beneficial for removing acne and giving a bright skin tone. Blend 1 cup yogurt, 1 tbsp honey, 4 tsp red wine, and make a smooth paste. Steam your face for 5 minutes then apply the mask. Steam will help your skin get rid of dirt and impurities from the skin. Apply over the face and neck and gently massage for 5-10 minutes. Wash it off with cold water and repeat weekly. 

  • Pomegranate,  honey, and coconut milk- Honey and coconut milk hydrates the skin. Pomegranate stimulates oxygen and removes toxins giving a youthful glow. Blend half pomegranate seeds coarsely crushed, 1 tsp honey, 2 tbsp coconut milk, and 1 tbsp red wine. Make a smooth paste and apply it on the face by giving a 5-10 minute gentle massage. Let it dry for 15-20 minutes and wash off with cold water.

 

(5). Red wine for wrinkles- Red wine makes the skin glowing, youthful and fresh. It has antioxidants that keep the skin healthy. Regularly applying red wine to skin improves blood circulation and elasticity of the skin. It makes skin light, bright and glowing. Just soak a cotton ball in red wine and apply it to your face and neck. You can cover your eyes with cucumber slices. Wash off with cold water and get glowing and beautiful skin.
