Despite Vaishali's unwavering determination, the police and government bodies remain silent, forcing her to file a public interest litigation (PIL) against the government for their inaction. Throughout her journey, Vaishali faces intimidation from Bansi Sahu and his henchmen, who go to great lengths to stop her from pursuing the case.

The turning point in the film occurs when IPS officer SS Jasmeet Gaur provides a glimmer of hope. Recognizing the gravity of the situation, Jasmeet acknowledges the need for substantial evidence to pursue legal action. This sets the stage for Vaishali's relentless pursuit of justice.

In the climax, Vaishali manages to pressure the government into filing a case against Bansi Sahu under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses Act.
