When Destiny Brings Together Vikrant and Purva: A Netflix Original Series
The plot of 'Yeh Kaali Kaali Ankhein' on Netflix revolves around Vikrant, whose destiny is jeopardized when he becomes the object of interest of a prominent politician's daughter.
Summary
Vikrant, a typical individual, doesn't share the same views as his family, particularly regarding their reverence for Akhiraj, a politician with devilish traits, in the make-believe town of Onkara.
Vikrant, who is inexperienced and lacks worldly wisdom, envisions his future with his partner Shikha, meticulously planning everything from their abode to their way of life.
Nevertheless, their aspirations begin to disintegrate gradually when Vikrant's father pressures him to work for the politician, just as he had done for several years. The commencement of his decline is triggered when he confronts the three things that he fears the most: power, money, and women, which combine and turn against him.
While en route to meet Akhiraj due to his father's incessant nagging, Vikrant unexpectedly encounters Purva, Akhiraj's daughter, whom he hadn't seen in years since they were schoolmates. Despite having shared a past, Vikrant had always harbored negative feelings towards Purva as everything seemed to go awry whenever she was present.
Likewise, his fortunes take a turn for the worse when he reunites with Purva once again, as Akhiraj obliges his daughter's plea to offer Vikrant a position at her Zumba class.
Reluctant to squander his education and his future, Vikrant visits Akhiraj the following day to resign from the job. However, to his misfortune, he inadvertently becomes a witness to the killing of a police officer and unwillingly gets involved in the crime.
Overwhelmed with anger, he storms into Purva's Zumba class but ends up fainting. When she comes to check on him, she notices Shikha and inquires about their relationship. Fearful for Shikha's safety, he fibs, which makes Purva inexplicably pleased.
Unable to bear the charade any longer, he eventually meets with Purva and asserts that he cannot work for her and is determined to achieve success through his own efforts. She agrees with a smile, but soon after, Vikrant's amenities such as electricity, water supply, and even internet connection begin to experience problems.
As time passes, there arises a possibility that their residence might be seized, leaving Vikrant in a state of distress. Despite his efforts, all of the companies he applies to reject him, and his degree loses its value. With no alternatives in sight, he resorts to requesting his job back from Purva.
This leaves Vikrant feeling unsettled, prompting him to anonymously tip off a news channel about the murder of the police officer and the location of his corpse. It doesn't take long for Akhiraj's family to connect the dots and identify the informant. To Vikrant's astonishment, instead of harming him or his family, they announce Purva's engagement to him.
Determined to escape the marriage, Vikrant turns to Akhiraj and admits to having a girlfriend, albeit with false particulars. Shortly after, news breaks that a dismembered body has been discovered in the river, which is later confirmed to be Shikha's.
In a state of desperation, Vikrant, unable to swim, plunges into the river. Hopeless and defeated, he agrees to marry Purva but hatches a scheme to retaliate against his new family and searches for a firearm to eliminate his wife, father-in-law, and brother-in-law. Luckily for him, Akhiraj gifts him a gun.
Vikrant's scheme to murder Purva on their wedding night is thwarted when he receives a call from his friend Golden. Rushing to meet him, he finds Shikha asleep peacefully. Akhiraj's henchman follows Shikha, and in an effort to send her safely to Delhi, the henchman is killed by Vikrant.
After Shikha boards the bus to Delhi, Vikrant returns to Purva, who surprisingly shows him a photo of him and Shikha standing behind the bus. Vikrant lies and claims that he had a casual fling with Shikha during their college days. Although Purva appears to accept his explanation, she dispatches her men to kill Shikha. By then, Vikrant calls Shikha's family and advises them to go into hiding.
Vikrant, having had enough, decides to take matters into his own hands. He delves into the dark web to hire someone to kill his wife and the people who hurt Shikha. To carry out his plan, he pretends to love Purva and they go to Chilling for their honeymoon where the hitman is waiting.

Yeh Kaali Kaali Ankhein ending explained in detail:
Arranging the murder
Vikrant arranges for a hitman to eliminate Purva through the dark web, but the cost is steep. To obtain the necessary funds, he persuades his father to procure money from Akhiraj's campaign. Once the details of the time and location are confirmed with the hitman, the plan is set in motion.
Chilling
The assassin fails to execute his task as he misses his target due to the cold and lack of oxygen. This prompts them to devise a new plan to plant a bomb in Bhopal where Purva is scheduled to perform. Though Vikrant is initially against this plan as it may harm innocent people, he eventually agrees to it.
The kidnapping
Vikrant breathes a sigh of relief when he is unable to attend Purva's performance in Bhopal due to work assigned by Akhiraj. However, his relief is short-lived as his sister calls him and informs him that Purva has found out that he was responsible for the killing of her men and that his father had stolen the money. During Purva's performance, the bomb that they had planted goes off, and there is no news of Purva's safety. Vikrant fears the worst and prepares himself to act as the grieving husband. Suddenly, he receives a call from the murderer, who has abducted Purva and demands more money from Vikrant, threatening to harm her if he fails to pay.
