Many young people in India have shifted from being job seekers to being job providers. Indian youth, particularly those in cities, have begun to seriously consider entrepreneurship as a career option. Today, there are numerous Indian entrepreneur success stories that inspire many young people to start their own businesses. Many IT professionals are leaving their jobs to start businesses in fields unrelated to their academic backgrounds. Here is the list of all those inspiring Indian entrepreneur's success stories: 

  1. Falguni Nayar- Founder of Nykaa

Ms. Nayar attended IIM Ahmedabad for about 20 years. She worked at Kotak Mahindra Group as a venture investor and merchant. She began as the head of the institutional equity division after running the group's global operations in the United States and the United Kingdom. She was named MD of Kotak Mahindra Capital in 2005. She left her 'ideal' and secure job to pursue her passion at an age when most people begin thinking about retirement. She observed the market and discovered a void. Ms. Nayar's story, as well as the growth of her brand, is incredible. For many years, the company experienced 100% growth year after year. Nykaa now houses over 1000 beauty and luxury brands. Nykaa became the first Indian unicorn led by a woman in 2020.

Ritesh Agarwal had an unusual childhood. He disliked studies, so he abandoned his plans for formal education. When he was 18, he had the idea for Oravel Stays. The basic concept was a low-cost hotel chain that offers bed and breakfast. Ritesh took the idea from Oravel stays to OYO rooms after realizing that no other service offered a room for a budget traveller. Agarwal launched OYO with only 11 rooms in a Gurgaon hotel. This is one of India's most inspiring success stories. OYO now has 65000 rooms in approximately 5500 properties across 170 cities in India.

Bhavish Aggarwal followed in his iconic footsteps after two years as a member of the Microsoft research team. He founded the multibillion-dollar company Ola Cabs. Bhavish, an IIT Bombay alumnus, paved the way for his success with his zeal and colourful vision.  Bhavish, along with co-founder Ankit Bhati, was the youngest person on Forbes' list of India's wealthiest individuals in 2015. He started his own cab company after being frustrated by insufficient and expensive cab services. Ola makes hiring a taxi anywhere in the country simple. Its popularity grows in both small and large cities, expanding Bhavish's reach. He has since made a name for himself as a successful entrepreneur. With over a million customers, Ola Cabs is India's most successful cab company.

  1. Deepak Ravindran- Co-Founder and CEO of Innoz Technologies

Deepak was a typical 18-year-old science student. He enjoyed computers as well as his studies. He did, however, decide to drop out of college in order to pursue his first start-up venture. Deepak, along with five of his friends, is the Co-Founder and CEO of Innoz Technologies, a service that provides a wireless market and solutions for mobile search applications. He also founded SMSgyan, a text-message-based search engine that uses a format. Deepak began providing this service in 2011. Deepak is currently working on a new chat-based delivery platform called Lookup, which has some major investors.

Shravan and Sanjay, siblings aged 16 and 15, are India's youngest upcoming entrepreneurs. They are the brains behind GoDimensions. The company's goal is to create a simple technological solution for the digital world. They are India's youngest Mobile Application Developers. When asked how they accomplished this feat, the brothers replied, "by reading books and solving problems given to them." These two create apps for both the Android and iOS platforms. Their goal is to have their apps installed on at least half of all digital phones in the world. The dynamic duo has already created 11 apps, with over 60,000 downloads in 60 countries!

When King was only in his tenth grade, he launched an online magazine called Friendz to assist students with adolescent issues and problems; his first business was a success. King, an artist, entrepreneur, web designer, and public speaker, also organizes Createens, a meet-up for students to learn about entrepreneurship and other topics. In addition, King wrote the book Bhagavad Gita & The Law of Attraction. The book takes you on a journey through spirituality and science, as well as the underlying connection between the two. He truly is the King of his generation.

It also provided high-demand menu cards among Deepinder's coworkers, prompting him to launch Zomato. He graduated from IIT Delhi and worked at Bain and Company before founding Foodiebay. They didn't have much money when they first started Zomato, but as they say, hard work pays off. As we all know, Zomato is a huge success nowadays. According to a article, it is the largest of such media in Asia and one of the largest globally, with a solid & single presence in over 10,000 cities across 22 countries. Zomato has also branched out into digital marketing. It enables businesses to grow without incurring new costs.

  1. Varun and Ghazal Alagh- Founder and Co-founder of Mama Earth

Varun and Ghazal are the founders of Mamaearth, and they are also real-life partners. Mamaearth is an online-only game plan that is based on posting offers on D2C stages.Varun and Ghazal realised that the childcare products they ran over were damaging their baby's skin and that there were no other safe options because they had a child youngster to manoeuvre carefully.Because they couldn't find dependable items in India, the couple chose to import dependable childcare items made elsewhere that were otherwise equivalent. Later, the gathering began mentioning things from the United States, but they turned out to be costly and poorly planned. As a result, the partners collaborated and began producing their own childcare items under the brand name Mamaearth.

Freshworks Girish Mathrubootham and Shan Krishnasamy founded the company in Chennai in 2010, offering a variety of product suites to meet the needs of clients. Fresh works delivers representative objectives such as CRM programming, enrollment gadgets, client assistance helpdesk programming, and many other desired top-sass products. Girish and Krishnamoorthy met for the first time through Zoho.
